Ok so I've been thinking about this aside from the obvious it's now possible to field 6 riptides what other (censored) can I get up to.

So my 2 riptide / 3 heldrake army is back on

I can now have units from 4 armies in one army. e.g SM primary, tau cadre, sisters and an inquisitor army.

3 daemon princes(one of which is be'lakor) 3 heldrakes a riptide and some broadsides. this one may have to happen

Price of a pint gets you a very nice Demon Prince.

Nice stats, nice sword and lots of tasty stuff like eternal warrior, lvl3 psyker, has ALL the telekinesis powers, 4+ invul and shrouded. HQ choice in Chaos marine or Daemon armies.

So I actually bought this for once.

Cut and paste Grey Knight Inquisitors and henchmen with following exceptions

There are only Inquisitor HQ's and Elites are henchmen. NO troops.

If you take Primary detachment Inquisition it is normal force orgs with Inquisitor HQs and the henchmen turning into troops.

If you dont you can add in an Inquisitorial detachment as normal except you only have to take an HQ with 1 more optional HQ and up to 3 Elites.

Now the good bit, the Inquisitorial detachment can be on top of a normal allied detachment ! So you can have say Space Marine primary, Tau Allies and an Inquisition detachment. (note allies matrix applies with the Inquisition battle brothers with all Imperial, Allies of convenience with Eldar, desperate allies with Dark Eldar and Tau and everyone else is come the apoc)

Henchmen stay the same except they can have Valkyries as dedicated transports (no Vendettas) along with Land Raiders. Instead of Banishers you have Ministorum Priests who buff your units.

3 sets of Warlord Traits with the first 3 in each being the same.

3 new Relics that are OK but not great.

No Deathwatch Marines, who thinks there might be a Minidex for them later on ?

As well as the Blood Angel update the digital editions facebook page has confirmed an Inquisition codex is incoming. Wonder what that will be since they were folded into the Grey Knights one ?
